Data centre projects in Germany and Europe are presented here as anonymised site profiles and development concepts. They outline assessment questions and preliminary scales, not completed references or guaranteed connection capacity.

What a site profile establishes and what remains to be checked
The map shows anonymised site potential and development concepts. A planning target is not a confirmed grid reservation, building permit or state of operational readiness. The assumptions stated in each profile are decisive. Where a brief profile identifies no specific supporting evidence, it does not establish a secured right or an achieved development milestone.
MW figures are only comparable when their measurement basis is known. IT load, total electrical site load and grid capacity are different quantities. Land-based models express assumptions; total plot area is neither fully buildable area nor usable data centre floor space. Comparisons also require an effective date, construction phase and possible expansion stages.
A concept becomes more substantiated when land access, permitted use, operator demand and connection conditions align. Outstanding utility rights, grid reinforcement, ground conditions or cooling requirements can change cost and timing. A large modelled capacity does not automatically indicate a near-term or economically attractive development.
A site decision separates expenditure up to handover from subsequent construction and operating costs. Particular considerations include infrastructure, connection, remaining design work, timing and capital commitment. Alternatives need a consistent scope and evidence status. The site assessment process sets out the technical sequence; the investment review adds the economic perspective.
Which documents can interested parties request?
For an in-depth assessment, a current document inventory can be requested for the selected site: an overview of land and rights, planning status, grid correspondence, expert reports, capacity definitions, schedule assumptions and the cost framework. Which documents are already available and may be disclosed must be confirmed for that site. Confidential information is exchanged only within agreed access rights; missing documents remain outstanding assessment items.

our strengths
Develop sites. Plan energy supply from the outset.
Nexosym develops data centre sites from the perspective of their energy supply. We combine direct landowner contacts and a partner network with personal experience in wind and photovoltaic projects, substations and battery storage. For institutional investors, strategic capital partners and family offices, we assess sites and develop suitable energy and infrastructure concepts.
Direct landowner contacts and a partner network
We have access to landowners and partners who can help us identify suitable development sites and initiate projects. Specific land rights or exclusivity agreements are disclosed on a project-by-project basis.
Personal experience from energy generation to grid infrastructure
Our team combines practical experience in wind power, photovoltaics, industrial energy supply and battery storage with substation sales, grid sales and technical project development. This enables us to consider the site and its energy supply together from the outset.
Suitable entry points for capital partners
Investors can commission a site assessment, develop projects with us to an agreed level of construction readiness, or join a project that has reached a suitably advanced stage. The scope of services and collaboration depend on the status of the individual project.
Grid connection capacity, IT capacity and energy are different quantities. Learn how to compare site figures, their reference points and the supporting evidence.
Which rights, permits and grid documents belong in a handover? This guide distinguishes agreed construction readiness from operational readiness and identifies remaining conditions.
